PRE-ORDER GUIDE

Pre-order for baby products will run weekly and close every end of the week, Sunday. Kindly take note that estimated waiting time for Pre-Orders to reach Singapore is about 3 weeks.  Once the shipment arrives, your order will be packed and sent out within 1-2 working days via the delivery method that you have selected at checkout.

For example, Normal Mail as per Singpost's guidelines, will take 3 - 5 working days. You will receive your orders between 3.4 weeks to 4 weeks. 

Whilst we try our best to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances may occur such as customs delays which is beyond our control. Peak & festive seasons such as Chinese New Year, Christmas, Black Fridays, Hari Raya etc. may also affect the delivery time.
