A: BUILD-YOUR-BEANBAG is a unique and personal service that allows you to choose the design of your preference. Whether to match your home interior concept or as housewarming gift, this made-to-order customization feature definitely ensures nobody has the same one as you!
Q: How long does it take for Made-to-Order?
A: Turnaround time is 9 working days from order batch date.
Q: What currency are your products in?
A: All items are in SGD Singapore Dollars.
Q: Where are you based?
A: We are based in hot sunny Singapore, 673546.
Q: Do you have a shop for Walk-ins?
A: No, we don't. BEANSbyMESS is a home-based business located at Segar Road, 673546. And is a Registered Business UEN53390091C .
Q: Am I able to view the beanbags first before purchase?
A: No. All our beanbags are Made-to-Order. This is to ensure that your beanbags are one-of-a-kind and exclusive!
Q: What is the mode of delivery?
A: We provide Home delivery at $12 islandwide or Self-collection from Segar Road, 673546. Appointment is needed prior to self-collection. (Whatsapp +65 92763261)
Q: If I opt for Self-collection, what mode of transportation should I use?
A: Our adult size beanbag is huge, thus a car or anything bigger is needed. It occupies one entire passenger seat (or three!), depending on your beanbag size.
Q: What type of Add-ons are available?
A: There are Tassels, Pom poms, Lace Trims & PU Leather Handle Strap with additional costs. Add them to your cart accordingly!
Q: Where & how do I choose the fabric designs?
A: The Google Drive link to access the fabric catalog is provided on the product page.
There are over hundreds of designs, (thus hundreds over photos!) to choose from! Fabric options are stored in Google Drive so as to save space and time. We used to send the fabric photos via Whatsapp but decided on the Google Drive space-saving method instead.
Q: How do I care for my beanbag?
A: Your beanbag cover can be washed. You will need to remove the cover, close the zipper of the cover and wash your beanbag cover separately from other clothes. The inner bag which contains the beans filling cannot be washed. For beanbags with Add-Ons, please use a laundry bag so as to avoid damages to it.
Drying: Hang the beanbag cover out to dry or line dried. Do not tumble dry or use the dryer.
To ensure durability for your beanbag, do not use your beanbag without any cover when your cover is in the wash. The inner bag is designed to only contain the beans filling and not to be utilised. So having a spare cover is always a good idea!
Q: Is It safe to pay on your website?
A: Definitely! Security is something we take very seriously. Our online store is hosted on Shopify and uses a secure platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Our store also uses PayPal and Shopback gateway to process your payment.
